Welcome to the Fallon Food and Review Blog. This blog is designed to evaluate, inform, educate and entertain on all edible and inedible food and drink here in Fallon, Nevada. The writers, Rachel and Erica,will be traveling the various restaurants, bars, bakeries, pubs, cafes, drive-thru's, bistros, diners and dives of our fair city to report back the good, the bad, and the ugly; bringing you the stories of food, service, and price but also the local flavor and personal stories that will have you coming back to see who and what we have uncovered next.
We will strive to visit as many eateries as possible every week. Sending to you, through the world wide web, a review of what is out there in our wonderful community. The food will speak for itself, and through us it should speak to you. The stories of your neighbors will be vivid and fascinating! Now, of course some names may have to be changed to protect the innocent and save face, but we promise to deliver a semi-accurate version of events and tales as described to us.
This blog is intended to be fun and creative. You will learn where you food comes from, who grew it, who cooks it and who serves it! You will be introduced to the people sitting next to you. You should come away with a sense of hunger and excitement, wanting to visit the places and people of which we report.
